Chicken Caesar Wraps

If you’re a fan of Caesar salad, these Chicken Caesar Wraps are about to become your new go-to lunch or light dinner. They take all the elements you love—crisp romaine lettuce, juicy chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and crunchy croutons—and wrap them up in a soft tortilla for a handheld twist on the classic. Perfect for busy weekdays, meal prep, or even a casual dinner, these wraps are packed with flavor, texture, and just the right amount of indulgence. They’re also endlessly adaptable, so you can make them exactly how you like.

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, pan-seared, or rotisserie all work great)
⅓ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas or wraps

Instructions

Start by combining the romaine, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons in a large mixing bowl. Use tongs to toss everything together until the lettuce is evenly coated and the ingredients are well distributed. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper. If you prefer a little extra dressing, go ahead and drizzle more on—it’s all about personal preference.

 

Next, warm the tortillas to make them more flexible for wrapping. You can do this in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds per side, or pop them in the microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for the same amount of time. This helps prevent tearing and makes them easier to roll.

Notes

These wraps are best enjoyed the same day they’re made, while the lettuce and croutons are still crisp. That said, you can prep all the ingredients ahead of time and store them separately in the fridge. When you’re ready to eat, just toss everything together and wrap it up.

Homemade croutons really elevate the flavor if you have the time to make them. Simply cube up day-old bread, toss with olive oil and garlic powder, and bake at 375°F for about 10–15 minutes until golden.

 

Use leftover grilled chicken or even swap it out for rotisserie chicken to keep things easy and convenient. You can also use chopped crispy chicken tenders if you want a little crunch and extra indulgence.
