If you’re looking for a comforting, flavor-packed meal that comes together quickly, these Chicken, Cheese, and Garlic Sauce Wraps might just become your new favorite. They’re creamy, cheesy, savory, and wrapped in a soft tortilla for a satisfying bite every time. Perfect for busy weeknights, casual lunches, or even as a fun addition to a brunch spread, these wraps are as versatile as they are delicious. The combination of tender seasoned chicken, melty cheese, and a garlicky cream sauce makes for a winning recipe that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large chicken breasts, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Optional additions: fresh spinach, sliced tomatoes, roasted peppers, or any favorite vegetables

Instructions

Start by seasoning your diced chicken. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. This simple but flavorful blend gives the chicken a delicious savory base with a gentle kick of warmth from the paprika. If you’re a fan of heat, feel free to sprinkle in some cayenne or crushed red pepper flakes.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked through. You want the edges to caramelize slightly for that extra flavor. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Notes

You can absolutely make these wraps your own. Swap in whole-wheat tortillas for a fiber boost or use gluten-free wraps if needed. Add a handful of baby spinach or arugula for freshness, or sliced tomatoes for a burst of acidity. If you prefer a sharper flavor, try pepper jack or a smoky gouda instead of the classic cheddar-mozzarella combo. For the garlic sauce, you can either use your favorite store-bought version or make a simple homemade one using mayo, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and herbs.
